How to start
- The best way to start is to pop down to a class and give it a go, alternatively you could watch a class to see if it is something you would like to do.
- Wear comfortable clothing and trainers.
- Don't worry about your experience or fitness, it is our job to make sure you get the most benefit from the classes.
